South Bangla Bank will change its name

It is reported that the company will be named ‘SBAC Bank PLC’ instead of South Bangla Agricultural Commerce Bank. For this reason, the organization decided to change its name to Sanghswarak.

Besides, the bank will increase the authorized capital. The bank will increase its capital from Tk 1 thousand crore to Tk 2 thousand crore. The organization will inform the record date and meeting details through further notice.
