4th Annual General Meeting of Central Counterparty Bangladesh Limited

The 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Central Counterparty Bangladesh Limited (CCBL) was held on February 27, 2023 at its registered office. Mr. Md. A. Salam Sikder, Chairman of the Board presided over the meeting. Director Mr. A. K. M. Nurul Fazal Bulbul recited from the Holy Quran.

In the meeting, Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 2021-2022 was approved by the shareholders unanimously and auditor was appointed for the next year.

The Board members of CCBL and representative of shareholders attended in the meeting.
