Metro Spinning ranks topped of falling prices

On the last working day of the week, Metro Spinning Ltd. has the highest price drop among the companies participating in Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the main stock market of the country. This information is known from DSE sources.

According to sources, on Thursday (February 23), the price per share of the company decreased by Tk 2.60 or 6.97 percent. As a result, the company has risen to the top of the decline.

Alhaj Textiles ranked second in the top list of decliners. On this day, the share price of the company decreased by 6.04 percent. And Pragati Life Insurance is on the third place in the top list with a decrease of 5.51 percent share price.

The other top losers are Genex Infosys, Bangladesh General Insurance, Rupali Life Insurance, Gemini Sea Food, Kohinoor Chemicals, Navana Pharma and Amara Networks Limited.

Today 315 companies are traded in DSE. Among them, 09 rates increased, 152 decreased and 154 remained unchanged.
