In August, expatriates sent Tk 15,365 crore remittances

In outgoing August expatriates sent 1.81 billion US dollars Remittances. In terms of money (Rs 85 per dollar) which amounts to Tk 15,385 crore, which is Rs 522 crore less than last July. In July, remittances came to 187 crore 14 lakh 90 thousand (1.87 billion) US dollars or Tk 15 thousand 907 crore.
