BRAC Bank will issue bonds

Capital Market listed bank sector company Brac Bank Limited has decided to issue a bond worth Tk 600 crore. This information has been known from DSE sources.

It is learned that the bank will issue non-convertible, private placed, redeemable, unsecured, fixed coupon bearing bonds. Bonds will be issued subject to the approval of the regulatory body Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).
