Tk 6718 crore worth products exported in five years in Bhomra

Traders interest has increased due to good communication system in Bhomra land port of Satkhira. The cost is reduced as the distance to the export destination is reduced. The importance of bumblebees is increasing. The amount of import and export of goods is increasing. In the last five years, more than 9 lakh tones of goods worth Tk 8,718 crore have been exported through this port. These products have been exported from 2016-17 financial year to 2020-21. This information has been known from the sources of Bhomra customs station.

Through this land port most of the food products are exported.port. Among the products exported through the port are Rice Bran Oil, Honey, Clinic Cloth, Jute Yarn, Fabrics, Jute Jute, Coconut Shala, Pran Juice, Litchi Drinks, Pran Chanachur and Chipcha.
