Onion pices again unstable in Hili
The onion market at Hili land port in Dinajpur has become unstable again. The price of the product has gone up in one day due to the decline in imports. The wholesalers who came to the port to buy onions are in trouble. This information has been known from the sources of Hili Land Port Office.
In this regard, it is known that the importers have to count the losses as the demand for onions in the country’s market is a bit low. As a result, they have recently reduced onion imports. As a result, there is a risk of supply decline. This is the main reason for the increase in the price of the product. The wholesale price of imported onion has increased by Tk 3 per kg. Even a day ago, onion was sold at Tk 26-32 per kg. At present the price is increasing and these onions are being sold at Tk 29-32 per kg.
