Ifad Autos will invest Tk 80 crore

The board of directors of IFAD Autos Limited, a listed engineering company, has decided to invest Tk 80 crore in IFAD Multi Products. This information has been known from DSE sources.
It is learned that IFAD Autos has a 40% share in IFAD Multi Products Limited. The company will do EGM to get the consent of the concerned investors.
Ifad Multi Products is the sister concern of Ifad Proup which has general management. Ifad Autos will invest in this company from its own funds.
