7 lakh 81 thousand vaccines of astrazeneca came from Japan

Another 781,000 doses of astrazeneca vaccine have arrived in the country from Japan under the covax facility.
The vaccine arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 3.15 pm on Saturday (August 21).
Jasim Uddin Khan, Ambassador of Japan to Bangladesh and Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for Bangladesh, Jasim Uddin Khan were present at the airport.
Maidul Islam Pradhan, public relations officer of the health ministry, confirmed the information on Saturday (August 21st) afternoon.
