Rupali Bank approved 10 percent dividend

The 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rupali Bank Limited has been held. The meeting was held on a virtual platform from the Dilkushastha Bank head office on Wednesday (August 18). Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Kazi Chanaul Haque presided over the meeting.

The shareholders approved the 10 percent bonus dividend declared for the year ended December 31, 2020.

AGM, welcomed the bank’s managing director and CEO. Obaid Ullah Al Masood. Begum Rukhsana Hasin, Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Institutions, Ministry of Finance was present at the meeting as a representative of the government.

The bank’s director Arijit Chowdhury was also present at the annual general meeting. Khalilur Rahman, Mohammad Delwar Hossain, Mohammad Shafiqul Islam Lashkar, the heroic freedom fighter.
