Agreement of Expatriate Welfare-NCC Bank to facilitate remittance distribution

Prabasi Kalyan Bank has entered into an agreement with National Credit and Commerce (NCC) Bank to hand over the remittances sent by expatriate Bangladeshis to the recipients more quickly and safely. The agreement was signed in the conference room of the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment on Monday (August 16th).

As a result of this agreement, Prabasi Kalyan Bank, as an affiliate of NCC Bank, will be able to disburse remittances to customers from 86 branches spread across the country.

Secretary of the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment and Chairman of the Expatriate Welfare Bank. In the presence of Ahmed Munirush Salehin, NCC Bank Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid and Prabasi Kalyan Bank Managing Director Mohammad Zahidul Haque signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Director General (Additional Secretary) of Wage Earners Welfare Board and Director of Expatriate Welfare Bank Md. Hamidur Rahman and NCC Bank’s SEVP and Head of Operations Syed Tofail Ali, SVP and Head of Remittance and NRB Services Department Md. Mahfuzur Rahman and others were present.

It is to be noted that NCC Bank has its own 123 branches and 6 sub-branches as well as 850 branches of TMSS, 237 branches of Karmasangsthan Bank and 250 branches of Ansar VDP Unnayan Bank to reach the relatives living in the country in safe, fast and easy way Providing.
