Special general meeting of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited was held

The special general meeting (EGM) of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited, which is listed in the capital market engineering sector, was held on Wednesday (July 14, 2021) on a virtual platform. Chairman of the company SM Nurul Alam Rezvi presided over the special general meeting.

The meeting was attended by Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited Vice-Chairman SM Shamsul Alam, Managing Director Engineer Golam Murshed, Director SM Ashraful Alam, SM Mahbubul Alam, SM Rezaul Alam, SM Manjurul Alam Avi, Tahmina Afroz Tanna and Raisa. Sigma Hima, director of self-employment. Ahsan H. Mansoor, Md. Zakir Hossain Bhuiyan, PhD, and Professor M. Sadiqul Islam, PhD, FCMA.

Additional managing director of the company, Abul Bashar Hawladar, deputy managing director Md. Were also involved in the digital platform at the general meeting. Nazrul Islam Sarkar, Emdadul Haque Sarkar, Eva Rizwana and Alamgir Alam Sarkar, Company Secretary. Rafiqul Islam, FCS, Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Omar Farooq Ripon, FCA, Mohammad Sirajul Islam, Head of Internal Audit, FCA, institutional investors and a large number of general shareholders, including senior executives of the company.

At the meeting, the esteemed shareholders unanimously approved the proposal to use the unspent money raised through the company’s public offering and the net interest of the IPO money deposited as a bank in the company’s BMRE. At the meeting, the managing director of the company presented the future work plans of the company for the information of the shareholders.

The Chairman of the company thanked all concerned for making the special general meeting a success by attending the function.
