Albion Laboratories Ltd. is set to become the latest exporter to export medicines abroad. The company, a subsidiary of the Chittagong-based Albion Group, is awaiting exports of 66,690 dollars worth of medicines, with the first shipment shipping next month. The shipment will be completed from Chittagong port to Kabul, Afghanistan.
It has been learned that on May 29, the export was confirmed. As per the terms of the agreement, 20 percent of the advance money for the first shipment from the importing country reached the country on June 9. In this way, Albion, which is going to be established as the first Chittagong-based pharmaceutical exporter, is solidifying its base in production and export.
