Islami Banks AGM approved 10 percent dividend

The 38th Annual General Meeting of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited was held on Sunday, June 27 at Virtual Platform. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Prof. Md. Nazmul Hasan, PhD presided over the function.

The Vice Chairman of the Bank is Yusuf Abdullah Al-Razi, a representative of Al-Razi Company for Industry and Trade in Saudi Arabia, and Md. Sahabuddin, Director and IDB Representative Dr. Arif Suleman and other directors, managing director and chief executive Muhammad Munirul Maula, The chairman of the Shariah Supervisory Committee, Prof. Dr. A significant number of shareholders, including Muhammad Gias Uddin Talukder, Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary JQM Habibullah, FCS and foreign institutional shareholders, participated in the virtual platform.

The meeting approved a 10 percent cash dividend for shareholders, including a 2020 financial statement.
