30 percent of hotel restaurants closed in Corona

So far, 30 percent of hotels and restaurants in the country have been closed due to the corona epidemic. During this time, the ownership of more than 50 percent of hotels and restaurants has changed due to the financial crisis. The maximum loss in the sector is 60 thousand crore rupees. In this situation, one of the leading entrepreneurs in the service sector has demanded the launch of hotels and restaurants as well as incentives and other benefits.

Imran Hasan, secretary general of the Bangladesh Restaurant Owners Association, made the demands at a press conference at the association’s head office in Vijayanagar. Other leaders including the president and advisor of Bangladesh Restaurant Owners Association were present at the occasion.
