The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), the regulator of the capital market, has decided to issue a full-fledged Merchant Banker Registration Certificate to Shanta Equity Limited.

The decision was taken at the 774th commission meeting on Thursday. This information has been given in the press release signed by the Executive Director and Spokesperson of BSEC Mohammad Rezaul Karim.
