Citibank received the country’s best digital bank award

Citibank received the ‘Best Digital Bank of Bangladesh-2021’ award. The prestigious award is given by Asiamani International, a world-renowned magazine for its contribution to the spread of digital banking in Bangladesh. The information was given through a notification.

The bank has won the award for its fully digital account apps, smart IVR call center, WhatsApp banking and digital banking platform CityTouch, which has already made banking easier in Bangladesh.
