Independent directors will free from liability

Individual directors will not have any responsibility for weak companies in the capital market. The regulatory body Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has issued a circular with such instructions. The BSEC issued a directive in this regard on Tuesday.

Company authorities often take out loans to expand their business. Many times business cannot repay the loan due to bad. As a result, they became defaulters. As a result, even if you want to take a loan for business expansion in the future, it is no longer possible.
