Munnu’s rural ambulance can provide passenger service
Munnu Agro and General Machinery Limited, one of the oldest industrial groups of the country, has started manufacturing and marketing rural ambulances for the benefit of the common man in the rural areas. State Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Swapan Bhattacharya MP recently inaugurated the ambulance distribution program. Munnu Agro and General Machinery Limited is implementing the rural ambulance preparation and distribution program with the funding of Palli Sanchay Bank. In the meantime, patient transport activities have been started in rural ambulances in Comilla district, Faridpur district and Satkhira district.
Rural ambulances will be distributed in several more districts this March. These ambulances will be distributed across the country in phases. This ambulance program has been introduced in the rural areas of Palli Sanchay Bank by providing easy loans to its members. On the other hand, a private social development organization called ‘Uddipan’ is also going to implement this rural ambulance program prepared by Munnu. This rural ambulance program is going to be implemented in 5 districts in the month of April. This program has a golden opportunity to become self-sufficient with low investment.
