26 more die from coronavirus, 1868 new infected

Bangladesh in the last 24 hours Twenty six more people died from coronavirus, taking the death toll to 8,668.
During the period, 1,868 more people were diagnosed with the virus, raising the total infection to 5,68,706, the Directorate General of Health Services said in a press release on Saturday.
Of the total patients, 5,24,718 recovered, with 1,577 made recovery in the last 24 hours.
The daily count came from test of 19,900 samples in the past day. With this, a total of 43,88,011 samples have, so far, been tested.
