BSEC provided letter in Civil Aviation ‍about United Air

The regulatory body Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) wants to activate United Airways Limited. For this, BSEC has reconstituted the board of directors of the company. The company’s new board is in a funding crisis after taking on new responsibilities. As a result, the new chairman has applied to the BSEC to resolve the issue. In the context of Taber’s application, the commission has given a letter asking for the cooperation of civil aviation.

According to BSEC sources, the board of United Air on February 28. After that, on the afternoon of March 4, the new board of directors had a courtesy meeting with the commissioners including the chairman of BSEC at the Securities Commission building in Agargaon. During the talks between the two sides, the new board of directors of the company highlighted the overall situation. Later, they want the cooperation of BSEC to solve the problem.
