Bangladesh will visit SriLanka in April
After much speculation the Sri Lanka tour finally came to an end. The Bangladesh cricket team will go to Sri Lanka to play two matches of the World Test Championship in the second week of April. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) chief executive Nizamuddin Chowdhury Sujan confirmed the information.
Earlier, the tour of Sri Lanka was postponed twice due to quarantine problems due to the epidemic situation. Talks were going on between the two sides. That discussion has been fruitful. Nizamuddin Chowdhury Sujan said that the Tigers will probably leave Dhaka for Sri Lanka on April 12.
The BCB chief executive further said that the two Tests will be held at the same venue. The venue is Colombo. Initially, the visiting team will have to stay in the quarantine for 6-7 days.
