12 IT companies coming in small cap of capital market

Twelve IT companies want to enter the capital market through small caps. The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), the regulator of the capital market, has initially met to bring the companies to market. BSEC Commissioner Professor on Tuesday. A meeting was held at the BSEC office under the chairmanship of Shamsuddin Ahmed.

The meeting was attended by BSEC Executive Director and Spokesperson Mohammad Rezaul Karim, Deputy Director Miraj-us-Sunnah and officials of BSEC and companies.
