insurance sector is a mirror of country’s economy

The stronger the economy, the stronger the insurance sector. And insurance is the mirror of the country’s economy, said Finance Minister AHM Mostafa Kamal.

He was speaking at the Insurance Day on Monday (March 1) at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center. “We are in Qatar, a developing country like China and India,” he said.

Bangladesh’s GDP has grown by 178 percent in the last ten years. Which no country in the world could do. The per capita income of the people of Bangladesh is equal to that of China and India. There is no time to look back, now is the time for Bangladesh. Our greatest strength is man.
