BD Finance coming under a new name

Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company Limited, one of the leading financial institutions in the country, is being renamed. Bangladesh Finance Limited is being transformed from Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company Limited. The company’s 9th special general meeting (EGM) has been approved by the shareholders. The name of the company will be changed subject to the approval of the regulatory bodies. The meeting was held on digital platform and was presided over by the chairman of the company Manohar Hossain.

Manohar Hossain said, “We do not consider ourselves as the owners of BD Finance. Rather consider the common man as the custodian of money. We will keep the interests of our customers intact in the future as well as in the past. Through the Islamic wing of BD Finance, we will soon open a new horizon of prosperity. ”
