India handed over the gift vaccine to Bangladesh
India handed over 2 million doses of corona vaccine to Bangladesh. The vaccines were officially handed over by the Indian High Commission at the state guest house Padma at 1.30 pm on Thursday (January 21).
Indian High Commissioner Vikram Kumar Dorai Swami formally handed over the vaccines at the state guest house Padma.
At the time Foreign Minister at the time Dr. AK Abdul Momen, Health Minister. Zahid Malek, State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam and many government officials were present.
India is giving 2 million doses of vaccine as a gift to Bangladesh. The vaccines arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at around 11:30 am on a special Air India flight from Mumbai.
As a neighboring country, India gifted this medical aid to Bangladesh.
