Saif Powertec declares dividend

Saif Powertec ltd has recommended 10 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2020.It’s 5% cash and 5% stock.
The insurance has reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 1.14 and (NAVPS)per share is Tk 16.63 for the year ended on June 30, 2020.
The annuel general metting(AGM) Date is December 29 and record date 2 December.
