Bangladesh’s industries are still active when the world is stunned by the coronavirus epidemic. It is true that the damage has been done due to Corona, but we have not stopped, said Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi.
He was speaking as the chief guest at the inaugural function of Southeast Sweaters Limited and GM Apparels Limited, a subsidiary of Deshbandhu Group, at Uttarkhan in the capital on Wednesday (March 31).
The Commerce Minister said, “We are successfully tackling the situation with the right direction and effective measures of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.” Everyone in the mills is working safely following the hygiene rules.
“Our garment factories are world class,” he added. Workers are working in a safe and work-friendly environment. One modern factory after another is being set up in the country. The workers are getting decent wages. Work is going on in the factory in Bangladesh in a peaceful environment.
