The Indian wheat market is gaining momentum. The price of agricultural commodities in the country has risen by more than Rs 200 per quintal (Indian currency) since the beginning of this year. The country’s traders say the demand for Indian wheat exports in the international market is increasing. At the same time, the global wheat market has been booming for some time. Wheat prices have started to pick up, especially as supply from Russia and Argentina has declined. Importers are heading to India. Due to these reasons, the price of exportable wheat has also gone up in the Indian market. It may increase in the coming days. News MoneyControl and Business Line.
