Newly appointed State Minister for Religious Affairs Faridul Haque has said that there is no opportunity to perform Umrah from Bangladesh now due to the epidemic coronavirus. Due to the Corona situation, not only Umrah, but also what will happen during the next Hajj is still uncertain.
The state minister made the remarks in a courtesy call on the Religious Reporters Forum (RRF) at the Secretariat on Tuesday (December 1).
At the time, he said, the Saudi government did not give any advance notice, but only with a decision. Then it is possible to say everything for sure. So far they have not reported anything.
